On behalf of North American Van Lines I would like to thank you for putting together the engaging seminar “Selling In a Down Economy” for our Annual Sales Meeting. North American salespeople work in the brutally competitive transportation business and operate within very specific parameters. They attend our sales meetings expecting to hear fresh ideas and learn new methods that can help them improve their performance. I’m always skeptical about hiring anyone who has not worked in our industry to present sales techniques or to offer advice to our group for these reasons. You put my doubts to rest. You won them over and delivered a real world presentation that got them thinking outside the box. Being able to distribute your book “Selling 2.0” was an added benefit. No matter how much detail a good speaker squeezes into their presentation, attendees always leave wanting more. In our case, I even had exhibitors from our meeting asking for copies of your book because the buzz of your presentation generated. I would highly recommend you to any sales organization that wanted to expose their representatives to new perspectives on selling and to understand what really is happening in the minds of clients.

Sincerely,
Glen Skrypek
